How do I get access?
1) Sign up for any plan on our website.
2) After signing up, please check the confirmation email we sent you and join our Discord Server. It is mandatory.
3) Verify your purchase
If you bought a companion plan, go to ✅╏verify-companion and follow the instructions.
4) Congratulations! You will be granted a new role with different permissions over the VIP channels!
Why don't I have access?
Make sure the TradingView username you gave us is correct. If so, refresh your browser/app and then check your indicators menu on TradingView again. Do not search for the indicators, they are hidden. You will only find them in invite-only scripts.
If you just created your TradingView account, it may take a few hours to be indexed in TradingView's user base. Please, be patient, you will be granted as soon as possible.

What markets & timeframes does this work with?
Companion works on any market internationally including forex, cryptos, stocks, indices, futures, and commodities and, on all timeframes including 1m, 5m, 30m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, etc. You can use our tools for scalping, swing trading, or long-term investing.
There is no "best timeframe" as it really all depends on the current market conditions, your trading style, and other factors. We generally recommend to try trading higher timeframes with Companion but many of our users use Companion for lower timeframes and find success.
What's the accuracy of the signals?
We worked hard on developing the most accurate signals possible. We provide traders with multiple strategies, which can become much more precise by combining our different tools. No specific win rate or % accuracy is applicable to mention.
Their intended usage is not to be followed blindly. We recommend traders to use them as a part of their discretionary analysis.
Does it repaint?
Our signals do not repaint. They appear in real-time and are confirmed on candle close.
Repainting is where signals change based on data in the future to make them appear different than they really are.
When is a signal confirmed?
It is confirmed only at candle close. A signal could appear on your chart but is only validated once that candle is closed and the next candle has started. If you're adding alerts for Companion signals in TradingView - make sure to select "Once per bar close."
Do I need to upgrade TradingView to use it?
You don't need to upgrade TradingView. Our product works perfectly on the basic plan (free). You can sign up for free here.
Is this friendly for beginners?
You don't need much experience to understand the signals & tools provided by Companion.
However, trading is difficult and takes time to master, regardless of the indicators on your charts. If you're new to trading, we recommend paper trading at first and studying risk management until you get familiar with how it all works to build some confidence in trading.
No magical indicator, algorithm, robot, EA, AI, or signal provider will enable you to make money in the markets effortlessly.
Will it trade automatically?
We designed Companion to allow anyone to create trading strategies. You can use a third-party platform like 3Commas to create automated strategies based on our indicators and alerts.
"Study_not_auth" error?
This error appears when a user does not have access to the indicator. If you have already registered your TradingView username on Discord and see this error, refresh your browser or app and ensure you logged in on the correct TradingView account.
If you have not signed up, you will have this error when adding our premium indicators to your chart. You can get instant access here.
"Internal Server Study" error?
This error generally occurs when Tradingview can't handle script loads under high traffic. This error can appear when too many features are enabled.
We are always trying to improve the performance of the Companion Suite to limit these issues.
Is there a free trial?
We have a 30-day free trial so you can try our premium indicators (on a few assets) without any risk. We also offer free custom indicators available to anyone!
